In 2015, to honour his father, Vincenzo markets this liqueur which he has named
Don Pepé. The fundamental component of Don Pepé is the peel of the famous Sicilian blood oranges. It is then enriched with a number of all-natural ingredients. This results in a mysterious, sensuous and deliciously aromatic liqueur.
Taste the secret of Don Pepé on the rocks, or use it to prepare your most audacious cocktails.
Savour the heart of Sicily!
On the fields and in the woods surrounding Verona, the morning dew smells of deliciously sweet wild strawberries. Centuries ago these quaint little berries were said to have stolen the hearts of Romeo and Juliette, with their intense fragrance and taste. More recently, they captivated the hearts of the Bongiorno family.
The inhabitants of the region set out in the early hours, searching for these fragrant fruits. After an extensive quality control by Vincenzo Bongiorno, the freshly picked berries are immediately transported to a distillery where they are greeted by alcohol and a hint of sugar. This mixture is then left to ripe in the cool dark cellars for a very long time.
Fragoline di bosco is a deliciously balanced liqueur, humbly sweet and exhaling the aura of the Emilia Romagna region.
